Established in 2002, we have been proudly serving Lambton county, as well as southwestern Ontario, for over two decades. With a focus primarily on the residential construction market, our team of dedicated and disciplined trades-persons, provide exceptional workmanship, and maintain a professional and clean work space, at all times.
Our portfolio includes residential construction projects, new construction, renovations, and additions. We have a plethora of verifiable references, and carry general liability insurance, for added piece of mind, for all our clients.

Lets be honest, our industry is littered with trades who collect a deposit in advance, sometimes weeks prior to performing any work at all - only to disappear and leave prospective clients without any real tangible recourse to collect their deposit back. We have removed all financial risk from our clients, by assuming costs pertaining to project materials , as well as labor and sub-trades, without requesting or collecting a "deposit" in advance. We prefer an incremental payment method.
Sure! Typically, most (if not all), Contractors will request a deposit to secure required project materials in advance, or alternatively, request reimbursement of these materials, upon the homeowner receiving them to their property, and BEFORE any work has commenced.
Our approach differs and is as follows: we secure the necessary materials for your project, install and complete the particular task at hand, and then invoice accordingly. An example of this would be a client hiring us to frame their basement. We would obtain all required materials for the project, complete the framing, then invoice the client. In simple terms, we work first, and request payment after!
This process continues through the entirety of the project, ensuring our clients are completely satisfied prior to paying in full, for our services.
Indeed we do. Our $5 million general liability policy is provided by TruShield Insurance, and extends to both residential and commercial work settings. A certificate of liability insurance is always available upon request.
Yes we can. We have over two decades of experience working within a plethora of municipalities, and are comfortable navigating the process.
Life happens, we understand! In the event a client cancels a project, with little to no notice, there is no penalty or cost to the client. The ONLY instance where this may not be the case, is in instances where a particular special order item, custom fabrication, or return stocking fee is associated with material(s) which we have already purchased. in such an instance, the client would be expected to reimburse these costs.
